*Remarks: 
Due to our resort has limited amount of small rooms and the room schedule can be changed all the time, therefore, there should have payment for your room reservation within 24 hours. If time over dues, you should ask for new room schedule before paying for your room reservation and inform the reception at once to reserve your new room after paying as well as sending payment slip to our email for confirmation. 

 

 

 

 

 

General Terms of Accommodation at PICCOLO

  • The resort is pleased to serve guests with well-furnished accommodation; but any damaged or lost personal belonging       is beyond our responsibility. Please take care of your valuable items.

  • All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking.

  • Inflammables, hazardous materials, narcotic, and other illegal objects are strictly prohibited.

  • Adapter must be applied with all electric appliances which require different range of Watts to be used in Thailand.

  • The room rates on website are included with breakfast for 2 guests. Extra guest(s) must pay 300 THB.

  • Infant (0-1 year) and Children (2-5 years): Stay for free.

  • Please keep silence. According to our tolerance policy, we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation or may remove a person who while on the premises of the resort acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens the property, or causes a public disturbance.

  • If you broke down any equipment in your rooms, you have to pay for the damage cost as 50% of real price.

  • If you violate our rules, we can cancel room immediately or fined 1,000 THB

 

PICCOLO Mt. Garden @Chiangrai Policy

  • Check-in at 1.00 p.m. and Check-out at 11.00 a.m.

  • Exceeding check-out time, during 12.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m., will result in extra charge at 50% of room rate.

  • Full room charge of an extra night shall be applied to the check-out done later than 4.00 p.m.

  • To change the room, please notify us more than 7 days prior to the arrival date and the new changed date will be within
    3 months (From the old check-in date). A customer can change 1 time/ 1 booking.

  • No-shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

 

Remark:

  • We preserve our ownership to give a promotion price as policy of the resort and we also preserve 
    our ownership to change or cancel without notice.
